By accessing, browsing, registering, ordering, purchasing, or using our application, website, mobile platform, delivery services, or related services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

हमारे ऐप, वेबसाइट, मोबाइल प्लेटफॉर्म, डिलीवरी सेवाओं या संबंधित सेवाओं का उपयोग, पंजीकरण, ऑर्डर या खरीदारी करने पर आप इन नियमों एवं शर्तों से सहमत माने जाएंगे।

1.1 About Us / हमारे बारे में
Seedha Delivery is a local quick commerce and retail delivery platform that provides grocery items, vegetables, fruits, dairy products, packaged foods, beverages, household essentials, personal care products, meat, eggs, fish, and other daily-use products to customers.
सीधा डिलीवरी एक लोकल क्विक कॉमर्स और रिटेल डिलीवरी प्लेटफॉर्म है जो ग्राहकों को किराना, सब्जियां, फल, डेयरी उत्पाद, पैकेज्ड फूड, पेय पदार्थ, घरेलू सामान, पर्सनल केयर उत्पाद, मीट, अंडे, मछली और अन्य दैनिक उपयोग के सामान उपलब्ध कराता है।
1.2 Acceptance of Terms / नियमों की स्वीकृति
By using our services, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, rules, terms, notices, and conditions mentioned by Seedha Delivery.
हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग करके ग्राहक यह स्वीकार करते हैं कि उन्होंने सीधा डिलीवरी द्वारा बताए गए सभी नियम, शर्तें, नीतियां और सूचनाएं पढ़ ली हैं और उनसे सहमत हैं।
1.3 Eligibility / पात्रता
Users must be legally capable of entering into a valid contract under applicable Indian laws.
उपयोगकर्ता भारतीय कानूनों के अनुसार वैध अनुबंध करने के लिए कानूनी रूप से पात्र होने चाहिए।
Users providing false information, fake identity, or fraudulent details may be permanently blocked.
गलत जानकारी, फर्जी पहचान या धोखाधड़ी करने वाले उपयोगकर्ताओं का अकाउंट स्थायी रूप से बंद किया जा सकता है।
2 SERVICES / सेवाएं
2.1 Nature of Service / सेवा का स्वरूप
Seedha Delivery acts as a retail and delivery platform for daily essential products.
सीधा डिलीवरी दैनिक आवश्यक वस्तुओं की रिटेल और डिलीवरी सेवा प्रदान करता है।
2.2 Service Availability / सेवा उपलब्धता
Services may be available only in selected villages, towns, cities, or nearby serviceable areas.
सेवाएं केवल चयनित गांवों, कस्बों, शहरों या सेवा योग्य क्षेत्रों में उपलब्ध हो सकती हैं।
2.3 Modification of Services / सेवाओं में बदलाव
Seedha Delivery reserves the right to modify, suspend, update, discontinue, or restrict any service at any time without prior notice.
सीधा डिलीवरी किसी भी सेवा को बिना पूर्व सूचना के बदलने, रोकने, अपडेट करने या बंद करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
3 PRODUCTS & INVENTORY / उत्पाद एवं स्टॉक
3.1 Product Availability / उत्पाद उपलब्धता
Certain products may become unavailable due to stock limitations, supplier issues, seasonal demand, technical errors, or operational reasons.
कुछ उत्पाद स्टॉक की कमी, सप्लायर समस्या, अधिक मांग, तकनीकी त्रुटि या अन्य कारणों से उपलब्ध न हो सकते हैं।
3.2 Product Images / उत्पाद चित्र
Product images shown in the app or website are for representation purposes only.
ऐप या वेबसाइट पर दिखाई गई तस्वीरें केवल प्रतिनिधित्व हेतु हो सकती हैं।
Actual packaging, size, color, quantity, or appearance may vary.
वास्तविक पैकेजिंग, आकार, रंग, मात्रा या स्वरूप अलग हो सकता है।
3.3 Product Quality / उत्पाद गुणवत्ता
Seedha Delivery aims to deliver fresh and genuine products. However, natural variations may occur in fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy, and fresh items.
सीधा डिलीवरी ताजे और असली उत्पाद देने का प्रयास करता है। हालांकि फल, सब्जियों, मीट और ताजे उत्पादों में प्राकृतिक अंतर हो सकता है।
4 PRICING & PAYMENTS / मूल्य एवं भुगतान
4.1 Pricing / मूल्य निर्धारण
Prices shown in the app may change without prior notice depending on market conditions, supplier pricing, availability, demand, or operational costs.
ऐप में दिखाए गए मूल्य बाजार स्थिति, सप्लायर मूल्य, उपलब्धता या अन्य कारणों के अनुसार बदल सकते हैं।
4.2 Pricing Errors / मूल्य त्रुटि
In case of technical issues, incorrect pricing, wrong product information, image mismatch, or human error, Seedha Delivery reserves the right to cancel or modify the order.
तकनीकी समस्या, गलत मूल्य, गलत जानकारी या मानवीय त्रुटि की स्थिति में सीधा डिलीवरी ऑर्डर रद्द या संशोधित कर सकता है।
4.3 Payment Methods / भुगतान के तरीके
Payments may be accepted through UPI, wallets, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or third-party payment gateways.
भुगतान UPI, वॉलेट, कैश ऑन डिलीवरी, बैंक ट्रांसफर या अन्य भुगतान माध्यमों से लिया जा सकता है।
4.4 Payment Failure / भुगतान विफलता
Seedha Delivery shall not be responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, technical issues, internet failures, or third-party systems.
बैंक, पेमेंट गेटवे, इंटरनेट या तकनीकी समस्या के कारण भुगतान विफल होने पर सीधा डिलीवरी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
5 ORDER ACCEPTANCE / ऑर्डर स्वीकृति
5.1 Order Confirmation / ऑर्डर पुष्टि
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of the order.
ऑर्डर कन्फर्मेशन प्राप्त होना अंतिम स्वीकृति की गारंटी नहीं है।
5.2 Right to Reject Orders / ऑर्डर अस्वीकार करने का अधिकार
Seedha Delivery may reject or cancel any order due to:
Stock unavailability
Suspicious activity
Incorrect address
Fake orders
Payment issues
Operational limitations
Safety concerns
सीधा डिलीवरी निम्न कारणों से ऑर्डर अस्वीकार या रद्द कर सकता है:

संदिग्ध गतिविधि
गलत पता
फर्जी ऑर्डर
भुगतान समस्या
संचालन संबंधी समस्या

6 DELIVERY TERMS / डिलीवरी नियम
6.1 Estimated Delivery Time / अनुमानित डिलीवरी समय
Delivery times shown in the app are estimated only.
ऐप में दिखाया गया डिलीवरी समय केवल अनुमानित होता है।
6.2 Delay in Delivery / डिलीवरी में देरी
Delivery may be delayed due to rain, traffic, festivals, strikes, weather conditions, internet issues, high demand, vehicle problems, or unavoidable circumstances.
बारिश, ट्रैफिक, त्योहार, इंटरनेट समस्या, अधिक ऑर्डर या अन्य परिस्थितियों के कारण डिलीवरी में देरी हो सकती है।
Seedha Delivery shall not be held responsible for such delays.
ऐसी देरी के लिए सीधा डिलीवरी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
6.3 Customer Availability / ग्राहक की उपलब्धता
Customers must be available at the delivery location with a reachable phone number.
ग्राहक को डिलीवरी स्थान पर उपलब्ध रहना होगा और फोन चालू रखना होगा।
6.4 Wrong Address / गलत पता
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may lead to cancellation or additional charges.
गलत या अधूरा पता होने पर अतिरिक्त शुल्क या ऑर्डर रद्द हो सकता है।
7 RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION / रिटर्न, रिफंड एवं कैंसिलेशन
7.1 Immediate Checking Rule / तुरंत जांच नियम
Customers must check all products immediately at the time of delivery.
ग्राहकों को डिलीवरी के समय तुरंत सामान जांचना होगा।
7.2 Immediate Return Rule / तुरंत वापसी नियम
If any product is damaged, expired, leaking, spoiled, incorrect, or missing, the customer must immediately return the item to the delivery partner.
यदि कोई उत्पाद खराब, एक्सपायर, लीक, सड़ा हुआ या गलत हो, तो ग्राहक को तुरंत डिलीवरी पार्टनर को वापस करना होगा।
7.3 No Later Pickup / बाद में पिकअप नहीं
Once the delivery partner leaves the location, return or pickup requests for perishable and daily essential items may not be accepted.
डिलीवरी पार्टनर के जाने के बाद जल्दी खराब होने वाले सामानों का रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता।
7.4 Proof Requirement / प्रमाण आवश्यक
Photo, video, unboxing video, invoice, or order details may be required for claim verification.
क्लेम सत्यापन के लिए फोटो, वीडियो, अनबॉक्सिंग वीडियो या बिल मांगा जा सकता है।
7.5 Non-Returnable Products / नॉन-रिटर्नेबल सामान
The following products are generally non-returnable after acceptance:
Chicken
Mutton
Fish
Eggs
Frozen food
Ice cream
Dairy products
Open food items
Cut fruits
Hygiene products
Beauty products
निम्न उत्पाद सामान्यतः रिटर्न नहीं होंगे:

7.6 Delivery Charges / डिलीवरी शुल्क
Delivery fees, platform charges, handling fees, and convenience charges are non-refundable.
डिलीवरी शुल्क, प्लेटफॉर्म फीस और अन्य शुल्क वापस नहीं किए जाएंगे।
8 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES / ग्राहक की जिम्मेदारियां
Customers agree:
To provide accurate information
Not to place fake orders
Not to misuse refund policies
Not to abuse delivery partners
Not to engage in fraud
ग्राहक सहमत हैं:
सही जानकारी देने के लिए
फर्जी ऑर्डर न करने के लिए
रिफंड नीति का दुरुपयोग न करने के लिए
डिलीवरी पार्टनर से अभद्र व्यवहार न करने के लिए
धोखाधड़ी न करने के लिए
9 ACCOUNT SUSPENSION / अकाउंट निलंबन
Seedha Delivery reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently block accounts involved in:
Fraud
Fake complaints
Repeated cancellations
Abuse
Threatening behavior
Fake payments
Misuse of offers
सीधा डिलीवरी धोखाधड़ी, फर्जी शिकायत, गलत भुगतान या दुरुपयोग करने वाले अकाउंट को बंद कर सकता है।
10 FOOD SAFETY & CERTIFICATION / खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं प्रमाणन
10.1 Food Safety Compliance / खाद्य सुरक्षा अनुपालन
Seedha Delivery aims to follow applicable food safety and hygiene standards.
सीधा डिलीवरी खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं स्वच्छता मानकों का पालन करने का प्रयास करता है।
10.2 FSSAI & Compliance / एफएसएसएआई एवं अनुपालन
Food products sold through the platform may be handled according to applicable food safety regulations including FSSAI guidelines wherever applicable.
खाद्य उत्पादों का संचालन लागू खाद्य सुरक्षा नियमों एवं FSSAI दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार किया जा सकता है।
10.3 GST & Local Compliance / जीएसटी एवं स्थानीय अनुपालन
Applicable GST, local taxes, and business regulations may apply according to Indian laws.
भारतीय कानूनों के अनुसार लागू जीएसटी, स्थानीय कर एवं अन्य नियम लागू हो सकते हैं।
11 HEALTH & ALLERGY DISCLAIMER / स्वास्थ्य एवं एलर्जी अस्वीकरण
Customers are advised to verify ingredients, expiry dates, freshness, and suitability before consumption.
ग्राहकों को उपयोग से पहले सामग्री, एक्सपायरी और उपयुक्तता जांचनी चाहिए।
Seedha Delivery shall not be responsible for allergies, reactions, improper storage after delivery, delayed consumption, or customer negligence.
डिलीवरी के बाद गलत उपयोग, एलर्जी, देर से उपयोग या ग्राहक की लापरवाही के लिए सीधा डिलीवरी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
12 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY / जिम्मेदारी की सीमा
Seedha Delivery acts only as a retail and delivery platform.
सीधा डिलीवरी केवल रिटेल और डिलीवरी प्लेटफॉर्म के रूप में कार्य करता है।
Seedha Delivery shall not be liable for:
Indirect losses
Business losses
Emotional distress
Delayed consumption
Customer misuse
Technical interruptions
Third-party failures
Internet issues
Device problems
सीधा डिलीवरी निम्न के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा:

व्यवसायिक नुकसान
मानसिक तनाव
देर से उपयोग
ग्राहक द्वारा गलत उपयोग
तकनीकी समस्या
इंटरनेट समस्या
थर्ड पार्टी विफलता
13 FORCE MAJEURE / अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियां
Seedha Delivery shall not be responsible for delays, failures, or interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control including:
Natural disasters
Floods
Rain
Pandemic
Lockdown
Strike
Government restrictions
Internet failure
Power failure
Accidents
सीधा डिलीवरी प्राकृतिक आपदा, लॉकडाउन, बारिश, दुर्घटना या अन्य अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों के कारण हुई देरी के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
14 THIRD-PARTY SERVICES / थर्ड पार्टी सेवाएं
Certain services including payment gateways, OTP providers, maps, SMS providers, and delivery tools may be operated by third parties.
कुछ सेवाएं जैसे पेमेंट गेटवे, OTP सेवा, मैप और अन्य सुविधाएं थर्ड पार्टी द्वारा संचालित हो सकती हैं।
Seedha Delivery shall not be liable for failures caused by third-party services.
थर्ड पार्टी सेवाओं की विफलता के लिए सीधा डिलीवरी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
15 TECHNICAL ISSUES / तकनीकी समस्याएं
The app or website may occasionally face bugs, downtime, crashes, maintenance issues, or temporary unavailability.
ऐप या वेबसाइट में तकनीकी समस्या, मेंटेनेंस या अस्थायी रुकावट हो सकती है।
Seedha Delivery does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
सीधा डिलीवरी बिना रुकावट सेवा की गारंटी नहीं देता।
16 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY / बौद्धिक संपत्ति
All logos, designs, names, branding, images, content, graphics, and app materials belong to Seedha Delivery.
सभी लोगो, डिज़ाइन, नाम, ब्रांडिंग और सामग्री सीधा डिलीवरी की संपत्ति हैं।
Unauthorized copying or misuse may lead to legal action.
बिना अनुमति उपयोग करने पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा सकती है।
17 GOVERNING LAW / लागू कानून
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by applicable Indian laws.
ये नियम भारतीय कानूनों के अनुसार संचालित होंगे।
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of local courts as applicable.
विवाद की स्थिति में स्थानीय न्यायालय का अधिकार क्षेत्र लागू होगा।
18 POLICY MODIFICATIONS / नीति परिवर्तन
Seedha Delivery reserves the right to modify, update, replace, or remove any policy, rule, or condition at any time without prior notice.
सीधा डिलीवरी बिना पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी नियम या नीति में बदलाव कर सकता है।
Customers are advised to review these Terms periodically.
ग्राहकों को समय-समय पर इन नियमों की समीक्षा करनी चाहिए।
19 FINAL AGREEMENT / अंतिम सहमति
By using our application, website, or services, customers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions, Refund Policies, Privacy Policies, and related notices of Seedha Delivery.
हमारी सेवाओं का उपयोग करके ग्राहक यह स्वीकार करते हैं कि उन्होंने सीधा डिलीवरी की सभी नीतियों एवं नियमों को पढ़ लिया है और उनसे सहमत हैं।
